It's just totally natural, most of the CP cast (at least for the PSP) are just normal people and not all of them are badass and strong-willed individuals, you don't expect them to always act brave in some haunted dimension with no hope of escaping.Oh no, I completely agree with you on that standpoint! ĭeathkaiserG wrote:not all people could recover that quickly from a death of a loved one/best friend, especially when you think that you indirectly killed her/him Don't mistaken me, I feel bad for disliking Seiko thanks to what she has done to Naomi's character. For that I fault Seiko and thus it has tarnished my opinion of her. Without Seiko in her life, Naomi cannot function anymore and she is dead weight from Chapter 1 afterward. However the PC/PSP Naomi dwells on the past and she constantly blames herself.įor that I feel PC/PSP Naomi's character now only exist to revolve around Seiko. Sure both characters were snappy and both had a hard time expressing their feelings - but PC-98 Naomi wouldn't whine, she will learn to move on and go forward for the sake of her friends. Everything I loved about her in the PC-98 version doesn't exist anymore. But now that Naomi's entire character has been rewritten in BloodCovered to add in Seiko. PC-98 Naomi is a tough individual, head-strong, and doesn't take crap from anyone. After playing the PC-98 version, I saw that pretty much Seiko's character only exist to foil Naomi's. I was sad to see her die in Chapter 1, it pulled at my heartstrings when Seiko spam Naomi with "No hard feelings" in Chapter 5, and I cried during the secret kiss scene.īut what has changed from then and now? What I am saying is how I personally interpret Naomi's and Seiko's relationship. Seiko instantly became one of my top five favorite characters in Corpse Party series. No one can deny that Seiko is super silly, she is a great friend toward Naomi, she cares a lot for her family, and she has some of the most hilarious lines in this game. Before I played the PC-98 version, I would have rated Seiko as 3 stars in a heartbeat.
